Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the executed contract, FunJoin does not offer any trials or refunds. All license fees are considered nonrefundable.
The Software Products are provided “as-is” and without warranty unless expressly stated otherwise in the agreement. Termination of the agreement does not waive the Licensee’s obligation to pay any outstanding fees covering the period prior to the effective date of termination, as outlined in the terms of the agreement.
