More reasons why this feature is the best!
Separate and Organize Schedules
Since each Fun Box type will have its own Schedule, you’ll never get mixed up again. You’ll know exactly what Sessions and Programs every Participant is Signed Up for. Fun Box Types will organize your different Schedules – making it simple for your team to manage the different types of services you offer.
Configure Payment Options
Every Fun Box can offer different ways to purchase your Sessions and Programs. You decide if you want to give your Customers the option to Buy Credits or Schedule and Pay.
Hidden Fun Box
You can create a “Private” Fun Box. This Fun Box has all the same features and functionalities as a “Public” Fun Box, but can only be accessed by a select group of Customers.
You have total control over how your Fun Box is presented in the Customer Hub. You can select a unique Fun Box name, include a detailed Fun Box description, and add an eye-catching Fun Box image.

Fun Box FAQs
Your Fun Box can have as many drawers, folders, and files as you wish. You will use a Fun Box as an independent container to organize your Locations, Schedules, and Offerings. What makes these special is that each “Fun Box” has a “Type,” which has been fine-tuned for your specific business needs.
Think of it as your filing cabinet, only digital. Not your dusty old filing cabinet, though, but a rockin’ digital superstar helping you stay organized, enhancing customer/staff experiences, and create programming flexibly. While others tinker with old legacy code, this Modern Innovation, unique to us, ensures everyone has more FUN!
Who knew software could be this groovy?
Why use a hammer when you need a shovel? While many legacy software companies (the hammers) treat every challenge as if it’s the same old nail, FunJoin is dedicated to crafting the finest user experiences, solving small business problems, and driving modern innovation. To achieve this, each main use case undergoes meticulous research, customer feedback, and rigorous testing.
Instead of a “one-size-fits-all” experience, Fun Box Types let you set up your services in an intuitive, friendly, and optimal way.
Fun Box Types allow you to curate your customer experience, journey, and communication. This means reducing customer confusion, abandoned checkouts, and accelerating your registration process.
Moreover, they empower your team to operate at a higher level. Every Fun Box Type has its own characteristics and capabilities. It’s all about harnessing the capabilities you need and leaving out the ones you don’t — keeping it Simple, Slick, and Smart.
Diverse Service Categories:
- If you provide distinct service categories, each deserves its unique Fun Box Type.
- Example: A “Science Summer Camp” and “Science After School Program” would each have a distinct Fun Box Type.
Varied Schedules or Operations:
- Sessions or programs with distinct schedules or modes of operation should be organized separately.
- Example: A “Day Camp” differs significantly from an “Overnight Sleepover Program,” so they would each get their own Fun Box.
Public vs. Private Availability:
- When you offer sessions or programs available to the general public and others exclusive to private groups, differentiate them with Fun Box Types.
- Example: “Public Day Camps” and “Private Day Camps” need distinct Fun Box Types, like a “Public Fun Box” and a “Hidden Box.”
